On a more serious note, Eszmet probably works with Death regarding universes that have both reached a 'natural' conclusion and/or are irreparable; asks him to get in contact with that universe's Death or whatever to help ~sync up~ and/or make sure stuff is handled. As for helping it dispatch, Eszmet is probably reluctant at first to let Sissi help, but then acknowledges that maaaaaaaaaaybe it needs a human helper from time to time and it continues to be cute.
